Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to heyclickclique.com and to the branding, website design, copywriting, SEO, website maintenance and paid ads services provided by Click Clique LLC ("Click Clique," "we," "us"). By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you sign a project agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.

Our services

Every project starts with a discovery call and is confirmed in a written agreement that lists your scope, timeline and price. Work begins once your agreement is signed and your first payment is made. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Payments

  • Website and branding projects can be paid 50/50 (half to start, half at launch) or split over up to 12 weeks.
  • Payment plans run on autopay through our payment processor.
  • If a scheduled payment is not made within 7 days of its due date, we may charge a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, take delivered websites or assets offline, and pause active work until your account is current.
  • Monthly services (SEO, website maintenance and ads management) are billed monthly for the length of the term in your agreement.

Feedback and revisions

  • Branding includes up to 5 rounds of revisions during the design phase.
  • After a review call, you have 7 days to send feedback. Requests after that window are treated as change requests and billed at our standard revision rate.

Websites

  • Website copywriting is included with website design.
  • Training on how to update your own website is not included in a website build.
  • Website maintenance is $45 a month with a 3 month minimum, for Shopify and Squarespace websites. Requests are usually completed in 1 to 2 business days.

SEO

SEO is long-term work. Search engines decide rankings, so we never guarantee a specific position, traffic number or result. We will always tell you what to realistically expect. SEO plans run for the contract length you choose, and website maintenance is included in every SEO plan.

Paid ads

Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms. Click Clique never fronts or passes through ad spend. Our setup and management fees are separate from your ad spend.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the content, photos, logins and approvals we need on time, and to make sure you have the right to use anything you send us. Delays in feedback or content may push back your timeline.

Third-party platforms

Your website and marketing may rely on platforms we do not control, such as Shopify, Squarespace, booking software, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or fees.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Click Clique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
